2~4WheelDrive TransferCase

Controlled with ShiftMotor + ConModul + DashSelector 2WHi~4WHi~4WLo + ClusterLamps 4WHi & 4WLo:

Ford# 1L54-7a195-ab \ 1354-000-029.5h

This TransferCase actually has 4 positions, 2WHi~4WHi~Neut~4WLo with Neut unmarked & normally not needed\selectable; a kit can be installed for selecting Neut, allowing "Flat Towing" behind a MotorHome.

2~4WheelDrive TransferCaseFluid

Change TCaseFluid\TCF at least every 67kMiles\7Years, along with ATranFluid\ATF+Filter & Diffs GearOil.
TCF Capacity 1q300 1L229. Do NOT use MerconSP \ ULV \ V or TypeCVT \ F \ FNR5; they'll damage a Ford 1354 TCase. Ford# xt-2-qdx \ Mercon per 2001 OwnersGuide is obsolete & no longer made or sold;
thus per later OEM revisions, only use TCF which is compatible+compliant with MerconLV specs, such as:
