In 2020Jun, while replacing TimingTensioners, the ThermoStatHousing had to be removed for access to
left Tensioner; while draining Coolant, discovered a 6" split & leak in the old 2RowPlasticTankedRadiators
right tank & drain. Described here is the new 4RowAllAlumRadiator which I installed; hopefully it lasts as
long. Swapping the Radiators was generally an easy Like~For~Like process, with two notable differences:
~ TubingFlare Fittings off old TransCooler had to be GroundShort ~0i500 0m013 for new TransCooler.
~ Old MINI Standard Cap did not fit on the new Radiator, required purchasing a new SAEA Standard Cap .
Also 1.5"Upper+Lower RubberHoses were swapped to StainlessFlex to slightly add cooling capacity &
original 1Piece Shroud was modified into a 2Piece Lower+Upper for easy Belt+Fan+Clutch+Pump access.

Update 2022.Oct @2+Years: Changing 2RowPlasticTankedRadiator + 192fThermoStat to 4RowAllAlum
Radiator + 183fThermoStat is doing well; during >95f & <20f weather, steep mountain grades, or summer
traffic, runs steady 182~185f. The 4RowRadiator is added insurance against overheating & doesn't create
any operating issues. 183fThermoStat with the ModifiedBypassDisc allows higher flows & cooler running.
